MILSTRIP Orders
 
In 2011, Your Supply Depot Limited was awarded a MILSTRIP contract to sell Dog Tag Machines through the DoD EMall website.

MILSTRIP Orders may be placed online at DoD EMall at https://dod-emall.dla.mil

Personnel not registered on EMALL must register. Effective 01 March 2010, all users attempting to access DOD EMALL will be required to access via a DOD CAC, a certificate issued by an agency listed on the FEDERAL BRIDGE, or via a MEDIUM ASSURANCE CERTIFICATE purchased from either Identrust, or ORC. The creation of User ID's and Password combinations are no longer available to access DOD EMALL.

Once you are logged into EMALL, you will need to change the corridor you are shopping in.  To do this, Select the Shop tab. and then below that, select the Catalog Search tab 

On the Left hand side, under Change Corridor, you should be able to select the "All of EMALL" menu selection.  - At the bottom of the left hand column you should find the word   "Search"  under which you should select    "Alphabetically", and you can then select W-Z, and then Y-Z (these may change), and then Your Supply Depot LTD. CC & MILSTRIP.  This will provide you all of the items that we have that are available to purchase via MILSTRIP funds.

Personnel ordering via MILSTRIP will have their cards charged by DLA and their order will be forwarded to Your Supply Depot Limited.  Because of limitations with the DoD EMall site, orders are only transmitted to Your Supply Depot Limited twice daily. 

One word of caution when using MILSTRIP, the EMALL uses a default setting for how long the items will take to ship out to your location and they will show you this information when you finish checking out - we find it causes a great deal of unnecessary panic and confusion.... The EMALL site will tell you - incorrectly - that it takes 60 days for the items to ship.  We, however, ship more than 97.5% of all machines in less than 30 days. 

Use of the DOD EMALL requires Internet Explorer 8.0+ or Mozilla Firefox 3.5+ with cookies, pop-ups, and JavaScript enabled.
